How to cook frozen peas (sauteed peas)
Heat up butter on medium-low heat, add the chopped onions and Sautee until soft and translucent, add chopped garlic and cook for another minute. Add frozen peas and stir to combine, continue to stir occasionally. Reduce the heat and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes or until the liquid is evaporated and peas fully cooked. Finally, season the peas with salt and black pepper, take it off the heat, and serve immediately. PS: if adding garnish to the vegetable, stir it in just before you take it off the heat. You can add herbs such as finely chopped dill, chives, mint, or parsley)
